Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 August 2026

Opna Pty Ltd (ACN 700 215 149), operating under the name Opnå ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines our ongoing obligations in respect of how we manage personal information collected through this website.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the "Privacy Act"). The APPs govern how we collect, use, disclose, store, secure, and dispose of personal information. A copy of the Australian Privacy Principles is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.

What information do we collect, and why?

This website has no contact form and collects no personal information directly. The only interaction available on this site is booking a call through our Microsoft Bookings page, which opens in a new tab and is hosted entirely by Microsoft. When you book a call, Microsoft Bookings collects information such as your name, email address, and phone number, along with any details you choose to provide about your enquiry. This information is processed by Microsoft on our behalf, under Microsoft's own privacy and security commitments for the Bookings service, and made available to us so we can prepare for and conduct that conversation. Beyond a booking, we do not otherwise collect personal information through this website — no tracking scripts, no third-party analytics.

How we use your information

We use the information from a booking solely to prepare for, schedule, and conduct the call you've requested, and for any follow-up directly related to that enquiry. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties beyond what's required for the Bookings service itself.

Sensitive information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (as defined under the Privacy Act) through this website. If you include such information in a booking's notes, it will only be used for the purpose you provided it, or as required by law.

Disclosure of personal information

We do not disclose personal information collected via bookings to third parties, except where required or authorised by law, or to Microsoft as the operator of the Bookings platform.

Security of your information

Booking information is stored and secured entirely within Microsoft 365, under Microsoft's own security commitments. This website has no backend, database, or server of its own that independently stores your information. Retention of booking data is governed by Microsoft's own data retention practices for the Bookings service.

Overseas disclosure

Microsoft 365 is a global service, and information you provide when booking a call may be processed or stored on infrastructure outside Australia as part of Microsoft's ordinary operation of the Bookings platform. We do not otherwise disclose your information overseas.

Access and correction

You can request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by contacting us via our Bookings page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
